MINIMUM ORDER

All orders over £10.00 are carriage free within the UK. Orders under £10.00 will attract a delivery/handling charge.

Overseas orders are accepted, but a carriage charge will apply and will be displayed at the checkout stage.

All Prices include VAT at the prevailing rate, where applicable. VAT NO: GB 624-7340-49

DELIVERY

We despatch all orders immediately, but please allow up to 7 to 10 working days for delivery within the UK. For orders overseas a delay of up to 21 days is possible depending on the destination and shipping method. 

RETURNING GOODS

Should you be unhappy with your purchase, then simply return goods in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt for refund. For your own security please return items by either recorded delivery or registered post as we cannot be held responsible for returned items that are not received. Your statutory rights are not effected.
• Please note. Carriage costs associated with returned goods are to be paid by the customer.
Please remember to obtain a Proof of Posting Certificate from the Post Office as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post. We will refund your money within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
We endeavour to ensure that all the information on this website is correct and fairly stated, but are unable to accept liability for any Errors or Omissions.
Liability cannot be accepted for any damage caused by use of materials supplied by us. Compensation for faulty goods will extend only to the value of the goods purchased from us.
We cannot be liable for any losses for your order not arriving on time, although we will do our utmost to ensure that goods do arrive on time and in good condition at all times.

DAMAGED GOODS
