Coral Vital LSB energises non-photosynthetic microflora and microfauna in live rock and live sand and in doing so, keeps the pore structure of the rock and sand open. Waste products from feeding and the normal by-products of the aquariums living populations are broken down and re-distributed via sub-species. The final degradation of waste is rendered harmless to the environment by natural development.
